Merchandising

Our team manage the lifecycle of each garment, directing our supply base to accurately deliver product on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored, maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real time updates or options on future developments. Our team is passionate about product and they take care from development to end process to ensure customers satisfaction.

Quality and Operation

Interworld is lucky have a partner like our Head of Quality and Operation Director who has more than 25 years works experience among many Asian countries like Philippine, China, Pakistan, Malaysia and Bangladesh for the world best brands for every market in the world. He is applying his vast experience here for our existing customers successfully together with entire team with the method Right the First Time (RFT). The team ensure consistent quality of production processes and analyzing data regularly to control the smooth operation. We make sure our understanding about customer needs and requirements for the products and quality standard, devising and reviewing specifications for each styles. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, approve the right products or reject defectives, solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met or not.

Our Operation team monitor from cutting, through stitching all the way to final packing. Our Technical team are on-hand to monitor fits, workmanship, specs to ensure only the highest quality goods are produced. With strict QC checks and in house laboratory, in addition to our factories own QC procedures, quality control is our top priority. Transparency of procedure is one of our core principles and the Head of the Department train and evaluate staff as well as manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation and control production considering priority of shipment. They also investigate customers’ needs and develop a strategy for meeting those needs.
